Amazing crowd came out to remember Dale. Huge thanks to Lorne, Dan and all of the Trout Farm family for hosting this event. Despite the wind there was some off the wall flying going on by many of the pilots in attendance. I didn't catch the name of the fellow from Ft. Mcmurray but he flew that plane like he just stole it! Dale would approve for sure.

Thanks, always nice to put a name to the face. There were so many guys there that I didn't have time to chat with everybody. Ive flown my 59" electrics in some pretty stupid crosswinds but Sat was at my limit so I enjoyed watching others fly...and availed myself to Dan O's soup kitchen in his toy hauler. Good crowd...and I understand your 8am flight was in tribute to Dales antics at Bawlf for many years.

Hey Pete, nice little video. Thank you for the flight on your MXS, I enjoyed it. I had a good time visiting and was glad to be able to attend the memorial for Dale. It was nice to see such a crowd gather to remember him and pay respect. He is greatly missed.
