Hey Max. This first one is going to be designed for electric.

I have all the parts drawn and cut and doing some pre assembly. So far so good

Soooooooo. The next question will be...... WHO WANTS TO BUILD ONE FOR US??? Here is the deal.. We will give you the kit for free. You build it and take photos and provide me with feedback on how well it goes together and send final pics of the completed plane. You get to keep the plane.. Free of charge!!!

Electric option? Excellent!!!

I would love to build one but I do not have the time in the near future. If I build one it will be a prodacted build over a longer period and I'm sure you would rather have one built and shown sooner than later

Thanks for letting me know about this site, and the Twin Otter Dezi! I still remember my first flight in one, at CFB Cold Lake, oh, around 1979! One of my favorite aircraft, but not a lot of good kits for them, and I'm not a big fan of ARFs, love to build. 1/6th scale, all the way to 1/3rd would be very cool. I do a lot of building for others, and doing a few Twin Otters would rock!

I'd have been interested about two years ago in a twin otter kit! I have a set of Model Builder plans and am 1/2 way through a scratch build. Electric power is planned. It is the same size as the H9 Arf.
If anyone needs any Twin Otter pics, get in touch....we have a hanger full, along with whipline amphip floats.
However, the other Dehav bush planes are under represented in the kit market too!! A nice Otter kit, with a 'turbo otter' option would be cool! Or a Dash 7!!! Or a Caribou, or Buffalo! And who could resist a nice docile flying beaver on floats?!

Any updates on the twotter kits. Currently building Ivan Pettigrew twin. A laser cut kit would be enticing. Just make sure the box is small
enough to hide in the garage without being noticed

Still very interested, lots of building experience, as well as experience in providing build threads, taking detailed photos, and I've had several articles published. Think Dennis and I should each do one, one electric, and one nitro!
