Getting very close. I wonder where all the fellas that were bitchin about DA turnaround time may be. It is a funny thing when an engine has to cross the boarder the service time is very close to DA. Lorne would have fixed you right up if he could. Thank God in canada we have long winters to forget about turnaround time.

Speaking of DA turn around time, shipped mine off Canada Post parcel, got to DA in a week. Got a call it was ready 1.5 weeks after they got it. just over 3 weeks from the day I shipped it till its going to be back in my hands so I feel thats reasonable. Sadly I made mistakes mounting the carb and over tightened the reed block causing damage...as well as broke an ignition wire trouble shooting it this summer. DA says its all fixed and running hard. Cant wait for spring to fly it on my edge. It was fairly costly to get it there and back plus fixed...but I really want to run this engine.

Just wish I had sent the motor in sooner so I could have flown the plane this past summer. Wonder if they ship it back in a DA box...or the GP box I sent it down in ?
