I managed to put it in bidirectional mode when attempting to reverse motor rotation.

No, unfortunately I don't at the moment, I can get a replacement ESC shipped out to you if that would solve your problem?

Just noticed a reply I sent hasn't showed up, so I'll try again.
Ifound a current Emax program card that has corrected my mistake.

I have an order sitting in a cart on your site but your site has been in maintenance mode for a few days, I was wondering if you are still in business.

Glad to hear you got your issue resolved!

Yes! We are still in business, we have been doing some updates on the site that required it being down for a few days, it's back up and running now.
