Thanks for your help on the summary of CG reports from everyone. Seems there's a pretty huge variation in the CG position between people.

PS... I just got notice that my Drag Chute from Details 4 Scale just shipped. Should have it next Friday

Ya Mark. Was just thinking we should head up next week and do some flying. I would love to see what speed I can get on the Diamond with sub zero temps flowing through the JB220.. Surely it'd be pushing 55lbs thrust

Got the drag chute system on Friday

No instructions, but looks to be pretty simple!

The bottom of the fuse already has the door system molded in the fuse!

I will hinge this panel and glue on the drag chute box on the inside. The air plunger will push the chute out

I ended up having to relocate the wiring for servos, lights and AB ring to make room for the drag chute system.

After, that I laid down a weave of CF with West System epoxy. Once wet, the CF contours so nice to the skin of the fuse.

The fuse bottom and Chute door are now as strong as steel, LOLa
