Thanks Dave.
Saved almost a pound with the cut outs and the wings and ailerons are still stiff, better than most ARFs.
Weight a wing from my 92 inch Raven, came in at 27.4 oz. Laid a servo on a Vertigo wing and it came in at 19.1 oz. Not as good as our master builder here but I'm happy.

Yes Dave but that's before covering.
I take it I must cut the canopy to fit before cutting out the shape in the canopy deck, should be fun!
And now I am going to run into a problem, previous builder left the rudder stab to large at the trailing edge. So my turtle deck has to change shape a bit toward the end of the fuse.

Some body give that Trevor dude a Gibbs slap!! He said these would be easy!!
I made them as one piece and left them a touch wide, when I was happy with the shape I carefully cut them in half. It worked.
