The elevator on this is super cool... both elevators are connected with a CF rod through the fuse. There’s a big mechanism in the tail of the fuse that moves this CF rod up/down. 2 servo ganged together at wingtube connect to this mechanism in the tail with another CF rod.

    Lightning fast JR8955’s

CF arms are supplied in the kit

So for the aileron servos, CARF decided to put both servos at the root of each wing to keep as much weight as possible near the center of the plane

JR8944’s x 2 for each aileron ganged together with a massive CF rod and huge 6-32 ball-links.

where did you get the pushrod clevis ends? I have been looking for those for years. I can not find them smaller than 1/4".

Almost reminds me of the old days with kits. A 1/4 by 1/4 balsa stick running to the control horns from the sevro in the center of the fuse.

So the Secraft 1.5L fuel tank is installed, everything plumbed, fuel dot and ibec ignition kill installed

I made up plywood bases under the Secraft tank to distribute the load on the tunnel ceiling

    Re: CompARF 2.9m MXS / GP176evo

CompARF includes a really cool 2-level equipment / battery tray that is Hysol’d to the wingtube and tunnel ceiling. The Powerbox Mercury is on the lower level. Hopefully batteries work out on the top

    Re: CompARF 2.9m MXS / GP176evo

So because this MXS only has 1 bolt for the canopy, we decided to mount the Powerbox switch / screen on the inside.

I made up a template with balsa and then cut out some CF sheet.

Still need to finish painting the white Hysol fillet better with my airbrush
