I have ordered another AJ through Lorne...really hoping it's not deja-vu!! If it is, it will be my last or for sale!! LOL!!
I’m also thinking about adding another aj plane as well. Surprised for the quality as I didn’t see these issues with the original 3dhs planes. But I do like how they fly. And new colour schemes are nice.

maybe they've brought it up a level since 1 year ago??? The new Slick maybe is the way to go but when I compare these are frames to my last 3 or 4 EF planes it's pretty obvious who is paying attention to the little details. Couple things though, EF sends out cheap wing bags if at all and they never have a spinner. Not that the cheap CF ones that AJ or 3dhs used to send out where awesome but it was nice

All I know is that before I buy another brand of ARF other than EF I'll be looking through the box

    Dean,

I've been buying EF since they started. Had S/N002 of their first run of 87" YAK 54's after Chris suffered through a dishonest ARF MFCR and had to pay twice to get airplane delivered.

I think I'm on number 13 or 14 with my latest 94" Heavy Metal MXS.

Jim... how have you found they fly?

How is the 94” MXS working? Do you like the engine combo in the MXS? Has it been reliable? Any concerns with the way it went together?

I think they (like all rc airplanes) fly better with pipes or cans.

I know the guy that put it together. I would be suspicious of the build quality

Brodie... it still hasn’t made it out of the box. Just wanted to see how Jim responded. It’s my duty to keep that old-guy honest.
