Saw this come up for sale and decided to make a winter project of it!!
Undecided if I do a Stearman (no cowl, 2 ailerons) or Super Stearman (cowl, pants, 4 ailerons)!
Also need help on a cool scheme for this!
Besides lightening the build, I plan to make this scale with scale details, fabric covering and paint!

Kinda leaning towards the Super Stearman to show off all the parts and big cowl and pants. 4 ailerons would be more aerobatic!
Anyone have any cool schemes?? The scheme will decide. LOL

Trevor, have a look at the Breitling Super Stearman. Pretty sweet and different!

Check out the Marcus Paine Super Stearman. Would be a cool Tribute.

If I did a regular Stearman, these ones have really caught my eye..
Thinking that the Super Stearman made have a bit more presence though.

I think the regular Stearman is the way to go...I’ve never seen the “super” in real life...just think no pants and open cowl looks cool 😎....just my opinion though
I hear ya about the 4 ailerons.....
