No needle issues....total Chintz carb the culprit...erratic.erratic.erratic...Chintz manufacturing at their very very best!!...once replaced with non-Chintz manufactured carb it run fine.
Wasn't the EME that succumbed to the crusher...was something worse if that's possible!
