The front end was missing 2 formers... gutted the front, installed new formers and made up an equipment tray!
Soon I will sand the interior and paint / sparkle the inside to freshen everything up.

Rehinged front gear door. Works smooth and free now and closes flush.
Will rehinge main doors tonight. Sets me up well to soon start bodywork to tighten up all gaps and bring it back to new condition.

Wow... you are really going hardcore on the 3D printer!!
I might pick your brain on the printer - was thinking of dabbling with a unit later this spring. Sure is cool the stuff you can do with them.

Tams pipe and Jet Central Rabbit installed. Figured it was better to start with a clean slate and get everything lined up and centered.

Had to repair the intake plenum. Wrapped the cracked area with CF. Super strong now.
Should look good once the inside of the fuse and intake is all painted

2 saddle tanks and a main header tank give this exactly 2L of fuel.
Just used Jen’s measuring cup and ruined it... oops. Can’t get the smell of JetA out if it!!. Gonna have to make a trip to Walmart tomorrow!!
Threw out the rubber stoppers. Will rebuild these with metal fittings later

Got the plane stripped and painted a dark automotive grey on inside with my airbrush. Dusted the dark grey with spackle paint.
Looks nice and clean again
Next I need to sand the exterior down and do bodywork... couple weeks worth of work there
