So I got the elevators done.

MKS1220’s and 24mm Secraft arms with TBolt locking connector (formerly Ashlock)

The kit comes with ball links. But if you use a ball link on the servo arm, you either have to go with a longer arm (poor resolution) or you’d have to open up the slot (ugly)

So I drill out the Secraft arm with 1/8” drill bit and push in the inner NyRod sleeve and cut off... makes a perfectly slop-free, no-wear bearing for a metric metal clevis! Piece of clear HS tubing to secure the clevis

This will give me a strong linkage, no-wear, no slop and his servo end points are close to +/- 100%

Wings are all done! Having done a couple of these T1’s before, the wings come together pretty simple! A few data points...

Ailerons: MKS1220 w/ 24mm metal arms (bushing same as elev/rudd)
Flaps: Savox2270 w/ 16mm metal arms (ball links on both ends)
Gear: Electron ER40 (best of the best!!)
Wiring: Powerbox Maxi
Connectors: Thunderboltrc (formerly ashlock)
Lights: Coming soon on wingtips!!

Got the fuse wired with Powerbox wire and Thunderbolt connectors.

* 3 leads to tail (2xelev, 1xrudd) - protected in “V” of fuse with silicon.
* 5 leads to each wing (ail, flap, gear, brake, lights)

I use the wire keeps from Princess Auto - awesome little units!
