Thanks to Thunderbolt and Savox

I had a couple Savox 1270 servos that rotated in the opposite direction as normal that I made mention of in a thread here... No big deal and nothing the servo reversing on the Tx couldn't handle.

Jeff noticed my comment and contacted Savox about this and Savox was concerned that a couple rotate opposite and wanted to investigate.

Jeff asked me to send him the 2 that rotated backwards + another 2 that rotate normal. In return he shipped me new replacements.


Gotta say....I wasn't expecting that and wasn't complaining because it was no big deal to me, so I really appreciate the level of followup and service by Jeff at ThunderboltRc and also by Savox.



Thanks again guys... that's what makes this hobby even better.

The quality of service we get from online vendors in this hobby is incredible...usually online shopping = 0 post sales service. We may suffer a bit in price and selection relative to the US, but our vendors are great...think Pro-RC, Thunderbolt, AMR, etc. Must be because it is still a relatively small, tight knit group.

Jeff at Thunderbolt has always looked after me with any problem that arose and has always gone far and beyond what anyone would expect in terms of customer service. He will often ship me the new part before I return the problem one. He did me another favour just this morning and I really appreciate his service. It is great when you can build a trusting relationship with a great vendor that looks after you.

He also helped me out when I had a Hitec servo issue.

NOW IF HE WOULD ONLY COME AND GET THIS DAMM SNOW FROM HERE! I'm still waiting for the 800 dump trucks to come.
