    Re: Jeti DS-16

What I want to accomplish with my Wren 44 TP is fuel burn(fuel used or remaining tank volume) . It is an older non telemetry capable ECU but was wondering since the fuel pumped is determined by voltage to the pump. My question is can I use the Jeti voltage MU sensor to determine quantity used and how ? Anybody tried that ?

I believe that has been done. But using amps consumed, not voltage. Pretty sure I saw it explained over on RCU by Jim McEwen. Might have to do a bit of searching for the thread. Oh, and one still has the issue of the taxi tank.

Has anybody used Intellimatch with Jeti system.

Curious as i've been reading up on them. They don't recommend to be used with a regular receiver.

    Hi Ken
The issue with not using with a regular receiver is mainly for the matching process. Normal operation after matched should be less amperage than before the matching process. You could run power via some 20awg y harnesses or whatever creative wiring you come up with that provides power from sources other than the receiver if not using a power distribution system. Then you don't have any concern with over amping the receiver causing a failure. But remember in order to match everything must be rock solid as the process involves repeated cycles of having the servos fight through the linkages and hinges. Any slop anywhere and the end result will be a very jerky movement.

    Re: Jeti DS-16

Good news if you are using a CortexPRO, they have released updated firmware for the CortexPRO and a bin file for the Jeti TX that enables full integration with the TX and allows telemetry back to the TX when using the RX's plugged in to the CortexPRO and a CB100/200/400.

Be sure to read the note in the full CortexPRO manual concerning how to plug in the primary and secondary RX's when using a CB100/200/400

    Updates here: http://www.bavariandemon.com/en/serv...ware-firmware/
    Manual here: http://www.bavariandemon.com/en/serv...s-data-sheets/

Use the Cortex software to install the IMG file.

    Have fun!
