That probably would have worked if the wife was still a member of the county mounties. I believe there is a provision in our laws that permits b-trains in BC on certain highways as long as your traveling straight threw and no stopping.

Myself being the border is only a stone throw away from Dawson i would do it. Time it so you get there a dusk or real early in morning.

on the serious side, Pete, as Ken says, it's not that far in from the border. Drop off the airplane trailer at the rest stop just before the border (lock it up!!) go to DC and unhook your 5th and then go back and get the small trailer.....but then you could make a run for it and you still have that option AFTER you have the ticket in hand......

So glad im not the only person who has planes stored everywhere IN the trailer including propped up on the bed with pillows (only electric...honestly)
