Winner winner chicken dinner!
I live on a 2 acre lot and half of it is wooded rocky downhill terrain that is covered with sugar maples. I tap about 15 trees a year. I don't have time to do more. When those trees start dripping ....I have a hard time keeping up with 15 trees.
Tonight i am boiling down about 5 gallons of sap and already have another 8-9 in the shed ready to go
