The cheapest one I see is $250 for a 33cc. Nothing about $99. They do state the following:

Top Dawg Aviation is no longer a dealer for Nuova Mintor engines. Nuova Mintor is out of business.

* Top Dawg Aviation is not a dealer for Mintor Engines and all sales are final. NO WARRANTY, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY MINTOR PRODUCT!!!

They had a 60cc listed for $99.00 at one time (complete engine but no muffler included). Not sure if it was a typo or ????

Ya they blew them out for $99. I was gonna grab a 38 since I already have one but they didn't last long. Although the website is still up, they have shut down.
