I know everyone will be disappointing but its going to be electric, this is the power plant I'm using. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s..._46_Glow_.html Should be plenty of power for a beginner plane.

Electric has it's following here...if you read the last few days of the Riff Raff thread you'll see that. I think you're at the size where the advantage clearly goes to electric...once you get into the 20cc + sizes gas is a little more attractive. There are a few around that would suggest you run glow in a plane that size, but they are few and far between these days!

I have, I want to keep it classic but with a twist. I was thinking white with some transparent red on the wing centres, stablizer and rudder. Maybe something like this.

Since I'm sort of on hold for parts I decided I would make a plug so I can forum my cowl (once I know my engine centre) . Used a piece of 4x4 with a 2x4 screwed to the top for some added height.
