Or - you pop back to the shop for something, there is a line up of guys trying to get parts, drop off freight and get something fixed. The shop/yard guy is MIA - AGAIN!! An unpaid hour and a half later on the way back to the job you see his company truck parked outside the hotel - he's in playing the ding-dings - AGAIN!!!
