Dave.. We'll see how it turns out!! currently working on some of the bodywork on the hatch.. Driving me nuts that I can still see the high points of the stringers

Rick.. Agreed.. Nothing beats the sound of a 4-stroke radial!

Jacques.. I've been using Eric for 4+ years now and he is simply the best there is. Been some crazy challenging stuff and he always delivers. This stuff was a cake walk.

Pete.. I gave up on the ribbing. Despite all the great ideas, seemed like each one had a con that I couldn't work past. Just more proof that I suck at scale details, LOL

    Re: 129" Pilot-RC Yak54 / MOKI-257... A Little Remodel

Last night I finished up the blue and yellow on the bottom of the big Yak wings. Also got the (6) Savox 1270 servos back in and routed to the roots for a 3-to-1 ThunderBolt R/C connector. Much easier routing the wires now with the top covering not on.

Tonight I'll start into covering the tops of the wings in red

I find loose wires can produce unwanted sounds when the engine is running.
While u have access glue some foam against the wires
    Just do it!

    Re: 129" Pilot-RC Yak54 / MOKI-257... A Little Remodel

Ya Brad!! They sure look small!! Biggest wings i've had in this shop!!

Hank.. can you elaborate on what you mean? Do you mean the wires flap around in the wing? How do suggest I use foam.

    Always learning!!.. appreciate the help!
