Just wanted to share another story about above and beyond service from Jeff at Thunderboltrc.

I just purchased a Xoar aluminum spinner from him...nothing high end, think it was $25. The included spinner bolt was just a little short for my application. I tried a few local places and couldn't source one so I called Jeff to see if he had a longer one kicking around that I could purchase. Jeff spent a bunch of time on the phone with me to make sure he knew exactly what length I needed and to ensure there was nothing I could do to get one of my existing bolts to work. Then, he told me he would put one in the mail no charge. Sure enough, next business day Jeff sent me an e-mail stating the bolt was on it's way!

I know it seems like a pretty minor thing, in terms of the cost of the bolt but when you account for his time plus the shipping cost it's a pretty big deal...especially considering I'm far from being his biggest customer. There are very, very few places that will treat you like this today.

Cory - Jeff is a great guy and I am not surprised. He has always looked after me and he is my go to guy first before I go anywhere else. Nice to have someone with great service who can deliver fast.
