Hey Eric,
Came over here after reading some of your stuff on RCU and what a awesome model you have! This one is definitely on the top of my dream list. What are your initial impressions of the flying characteristics? Is it a handful?
Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark
So far I have to say I’m really loving the F-14...I wouldn’t say it’s a handful by any means....I find my small 1:7.75 BVM F-18 a bit more demanding to be honest...I had great help next to me with a lot of F-14 experience himself....
The biggest challenges are the overall complexity of the model and the orientation when the wings are swept. That will take some getting used to

Cool....yes the small F-18 is pretty sweet. I only have 5 flights on it from last year (had some turbine issues that set me back a bit) but I’m planning to fly it some more soon coming up...I will say though, things are pretty cramped and tight inside for doing maintenance and so forth.....but they are nice and I’m happy with how it flies so far...and the plug n play is pretty sweet 👍
