Eff-Cancer Combat Event - Orillia - Sat April 27

Ok, fun aside. I'm using JR 507's on all surfaces. Cheap and cheerful as I have them in my inventory. Nothing Special or high tech. For a motor and esc I'm using the one in the picture, Again just what I had. An eflite 10 or HK easy match 10 would work as well with matching ESC and I think I have some where / somehow very poor APC knock off props that would suit the Eff'd up project just right. I'm hoping to get mine in base coat paint tomorrow or at least a start. I'm using Behr exterior house paint thinned with windshield washer fluid with a few drops of Flo-trol to help the paint flow alittle better. This will be shot through my HVLP paint gun. To top it off some subtle but yet slightly offensive airbrushing to suit the occasion. Let see how this unfolds.

Haven't been online much lately. Didn't see this until last night. Wouldn't miss it. Also being lazy, I talked to a guy in our club who has a CNC router. He modified the design to fit his router bed size and to lock together accurately. Also being an engineer he couldn't resist modifying it with a 1/4X1/2 basswood spar and ply servo mounts. I'll probably see the first kits tonight and will post a picture. He is willing to provide all the foam, ply servo and motor mounts for $20 a kit if anyone wants to save the time and mess of cutting the foam. You provide the spar. If you are interested PM me and I'll put you in touch.

Don't see chili on the list so will bring a big pot.
