Es pipe repair

I recently picked up a used es pipe for a 50cc engine. It seems to have a loose stinger. Is there any method to repair carbon fibre that will hold up to the heat? Thanks

Had the same thing happen to me with a 50cc ES pipe. Pull the stinger out. Clean the stinger that slides into the pipe and inside the pipe with acetone. Slightly
roughen both mating surfaces and glue back in with Hysol. I ave several dozen flight so far with no issues.. I have 30CC ES pipe with loose stinger as well. I plan on doing the same to it as well. Loose stingers seem to be a common issue with these pipes

Had the same thing happen. Did the same repair process as Dave with Hysol. Lasted 1 full season with no issues before I sold the setup and I hear it is still working great.
