Do you have any video links to these nozzles working in aircraft - preferably Jets.

I'm personally not a turbine flyer myself but here is a customer video of a ground test with a P60 and 1 standard orifice nozzle.

    The smoke nipples look amazing
I have removed the cowl and will remove mufflers and install them hopefully by the weekend
Got to get the angle correct . Will use these on a GP123 with stock mufflers

Smoke fitting side by side comparison. Bisson vs. Bad Dog

So I wanted to do a side by side comparison of Atomizing Smoke Oil Injection Nozzles vs Bison smoke injector fittings showing the finish and function of each. Shown below is what you get in both setups, and then close ups of the line-up: SST Bad Dog, Ti Bad Dog, Brass Bisson.
Bisson fittings are brass and use 8/32 tap size.
Bad Dog nozzles use a 10/32 tap size and are offered in Stainless Steel or Titanium at the same price.

In the last photo I adapted a garden hose to a tee fitting and ran for approximately 45 seconds and captured the dispensed fluid. I would have overflowed the Bisson breaker running for a full minute.

Re: Atomizing Smoke Oil Injection Nozzles, header no-weld kits, & turbine smoke tubes

Installing the smoke nozzle was the easiest part of putting in this smoke system. I made the tray for all the smoke equipment so that it is easy to remove.

Almost zero residue on the plane after two flights with it on most of the time.

Thanks for the great nozzle Harlan!!
