Yet another inexperienced pilot flying his phantom, this one's great, He was doing a segment on fox news talking about drone safety and regulation, and crashed it! He obviously didn't know what he was doing, as he lost orientation as soon as he turned it around, probably not used to flying manual.

He also said that a "kid in brookland was killed by one a year or two ago" well, I looked up the story he was referring to and it was actually an incident involving an rc helicopter with what looks like a 4 or 5 ft carbon fibre blade. Not even close to what most multirotors are.

We need more positive news stories around multirotors. I would encourage anyone who fly's one to contact your local news to see if they will do a story on them. I am actually going to be giving a demonstration of my Mini Quad and Gimbaled Tricopter at a local military base next month. The demo will be for a group of veterans, and current members of the armed forces, as well as the local chief of police. We need more demonstrations like that to show that they aren't some scary killing machine, but are a really powerful tool, and a fun hobby.
