As the title says, DA35 for sale.

I'm not going to talk this engine up, because I really don't like it. Had three dead sticks with it and the last one caused a crash that damaged some fins on the cylinder. Sent it back to DA for a new cylinder and plug cap and for them to figure out why it was stopping on me. Came back with brand new cylinder, carb rebuild kit, reed block, plug cap, piston pin and bearing, new plug, all bolts and gaskets etc. They say it runs great now, but I don't have any interest in it. They took over a month to service it and billed me for everything they did, even though arguably the stuff that wasn't crash related should have been warranty. Oh, and $61 economy post shipping back to me...complete bs since it only cost me ~$15 to send to them.

In any case, as you can tell I hate this engine and I'm not a fan of DA for that matter...however this engine has really good resale value and I'm not going to give it away. Top end is essentially new and bottom end has maybe 5L through it. Extremely little difference between buying this and new...and you'll get a Bisson wrap around Pitts muffler with some minor crash damage. This might be a safer purchase than new since it seems a large percentage of these engines need to go back to DA once before they run right/reliably.

Invoice from the original box shows that I bought it on July 19 of this year. I'll also include the repair bill, manual and all original packaging.

New price is $588.89 + tax = 665.44 and you'll need to spend $100 plus on a muffler because it doesn't come with one. I think $550 is a fair price...save over $100 and comes with a muffler.

Almost forgot, prop drill guide included as well...think it was $20 or $25 USD + shipping.
