Best way to line everything up is the stand it on its tail

I’ve done this enough now that Jen doesn’t even comment, LOL.

Just make sure you clean the oil off the bottom of the fuse... tough to get oil off the walls/posts

Hey Trev, that’s very creative, but a little tricky...and you need a column...and a forgiving wife.
Can’t remember who first posted it, but I like to use the wing tube between 2 ladders method. In the garage, I use a broomstick through the fuse, with a ladder on one side and a 6’ fridge on the other side. Just block the tail from moving between 2 boxes, suspends the entire plane with plenty of support.
Can’t wait to see how the Edge will respond with the DA200. I have the PAU 40% Edge. Was planning on a GP176, but 4 cylinder might also be a nice option.

Hey Demetri!! Awesome idea about the wingtube and ladders. Likely keeps a marriage a little more secure also LOL.

    Re: 42% Pilot Edge / GP176evo

The pipe tunnel on this plane is crazy low. Needs a 145mm drop for this DA200 and there’s no headers even close to that drop!

So Brad Banville machined up these awesome units!! amazing workmanship!

    90mm headers + 55mm extensions = 145mm !!!!!

    Thanks guys!

Dean... the clear line is a urethane tubing from I think SDS Hobbies... Jim buys it in bulk and sells 10m lengths.
