Dave - I know... perfect temperature but raining like crazy here. A missed opportunity. Wish I had access to a paint booth. Been looking at some rental options in Hamilton area.

Wooohoo. Got the red band sprayed!
Learned a cool trick to prevent paint bleed between the fabric and the masking.
- Tape off everything and stick on paint masks.
- Spray a light coat of base colour (in this case the white)
- Then paint the top colour (in this case the red)
- Any paint bleed will not be visible because in this case it'd be white on white and it seals the mask line for the red.
Found this on a full-scale forum about fabric
Really nice sharp paint lines... super happy
