Wooohoo!! It worked!!
Found some springs at Canadian Tire today to make up a coil-over assist!! Took a bit of messing around to get the springs cut to the right length but a massive improvement!!
Now it sits really nice empty and about 1/2 sagged with full fuel so super happy
Radio is all setup and batts charged. Hoping to get out Thursday for a maiden![]()

LOL!! Very tempting!! Hoping for a Maiden on Thursday weather permitting
Had a bit of an issue last night.... left the Rx switch on all night in the shop. Saw it this AM and the 2S Lipo was showing 2.5V, LOL. Charged it back up, but I've got a 0.240V imbalance that I can't fix. So I will get another 2S Lipo tomorrow for the maiden Thursday.

Hey Trev,
LiPo's can be resuscitated, believe it or not, it can be as simple as bringing both down to "Storage Charge", depending on what charger you have, you can do a balance discharge then balance charge. One or 2 cycles would fix it.

Thanks Joe. It's a ThunderPower 820. I'll try a couple cycles and see how it fairs out. Will report back later tonight.

Well Joe.. I tried, but no luck. Cycled it 3 times and the imbalance is actually getting worse. Even if I did revive it now I would be nervous using it. So I will get a new one. My fault. Oh well.
