Sanded down with 180 . Primed again and will be sanded with 280 next.

The rattle can is some of the best primer Ive used yet! Bit pricey at $10 bucks a can, but covers very good and sands easy. Drys in about 45min

Ohh it's getting good now..

Masked out the canopy, speed break and rear hatch. One more coat of primer and then it will be sanded down with 400,600,800 grit

Went ahead and sanded the wings with 400,600 and the bottom of the fuse. Basically just the vertical stab and engine pod left and they are 90% done already.

how did you get your original templates? Did you design them in a CAD program then print to size?

Well my good friend...... a vid is worth a million words. Here is B-1 Bob..aka 'Halftime show' on RCU This is the first of 150 vids I believe, where he takes you through a step by step How to process in building his 18 FOOT B-1 bomber!!!! If you cant figure out how to work with composites by the end of the first 20 vids... then composites aren't for you lol I personally watched every vid. Huge wealth of knowledge there and a great morning coffee watch series.

Well thankyou! I will watch everyone of those. Other than the projects i currently have on the go, I DO want to build my own from scratch like you some day. Maybe in two years if I get it completed....mission accomplished!
