    It's not finished yet but all the post I have will be coming over the next two weeks, I hope to have it in the water by summer. If you look up Amati Greek Bireme you will get an idea of what the finished model will look like.

    I wasn't expecting such model. Usually guys build RC deep vee's and tunnel hulls

    That is so cool. Are those motors in that video going to power the oars?

    Yes like that and those motors are going to power it, the system I'm using is one of a kind my own brainchild so to speak. So far I've been at it since last August the only build I've been working on and I'm determined to finish it.

    The start of the planking with African Sepili hardwood. I use this wood because 1. It was free 2. has a nice rich dark colour when finished, so I felt this was a winning combination.
