    Thanks boys
    Hey Dean,

I have had a bunch of PilotRC planes, mostly edges, and I havent had any hinges come out yet.
a couple planes that I bought used had the flat hinges with a single pin in them. easy to do.

I currently have a 30cc PilotRC Extra that has been taking a good sh!t kicking of late. I have repaired the right counter balance 3 times now. no issues with those stab hinges at all.

Aileron hinges didn't separate when it cart-wheeled (deadstick, and too hot on landing) at HuckFest last year.

IMHO. you can't go wrong with a Pilot !

But AJ has some great stuff out now!!!!!

I will take boo at that thanks

I have heard the smaller one actually has a pretty high wing loading but to be honest I haven't seen one fly so better to not judge, going to AJ website now!

Only reason I ask is saw a guy this weekend locally with a 107" 330 sc(which is what I would want) and he said he has had nothing but issues with his hinges, ended up replacing them all with robarts and from what I can tell he doesn't flew as hard as I do. So I was just seeming if it was isolated.

Ed, what did you get for a weight?

Not that it matters I guess, how it flies and feels is the most important but IMO a 17-18 lb 83" plane is not gonna have a real floaty feel, if yours is 15lbs then it should be the bomb!

I do like the scheme so that 105" could be a contender for my next plane.

    We never weighed it
Trev built it and forgot to
    It is far from heavy
    You would love it Dean
