Here is the tuned pipe install. I made the 1/16” lite ply backing plate also the ignition mount.
Still cooling holes to cut in the lower cheek cowl to keep the YS200 cool

Throttle servo installed with Sullivan Gold N Rod and metal clevis.

Got tank plumbed up and installed. Used loop-side of Velcro around formers to cushion the tank.
Equipment mounting plate installed and formers that secure the tank!
I’m paranoid about a silicon line coming off, so twist wrapped all fittings with SS wire
Battery is a LiIon 2S-2800mAh
Switch is a Powerbox DigiSwitch, mounted from inside

So this plane will be running Futaba SBUS. I made up a 2-piece wiring harness with Powerbox wire and servo ends.
Nice and light this way!

love it. love the ys 200, I had a ys120 supercharged once, awsome little beast. love the exhaust on this beauty, and you were able to shoot it down to keep all that slippery slimmy glo snot off the plane, good job on this one Trevor.
