I think Joe, I’m just going to lathe out a new prop drill guide , make it so it pilots snugly into the original hub, clock it slightly , and redrill and tap 6 new 5 mm holes between the stripped holes and on a wider bolt circle than the original holes. I’ll send a picture of the old hub to better explain .

Or you can tap it out to 6mm and buy 6mm bolts. I did that to one of my engines once, when the bolt holes stripped. Easy peasy.
