    And still, another stupid question

Harvest is finally over. ( Thank the Lord) . What a year it has been.Seeded in April, froze out on May 27(-8c) for 8 hours , severe drought until June, then intermittent rains in July, one week of heat in August and then rain into September and frost in early October . My son and I farm 2500 acres together ( tiny farm in this area) and we only put the combine away , two days before snow and winter hit! Sheesh! I feel sorry for my neighbors that farm 20000 acres and still have crop out! Thankfully I have this great hobby of RC airplanes , and a conduit to forget this crappy year! Anyways, enough about the farm . My new 1/3 scale Super Cub is progressing slowly and Im enjoying the build. My question is this; How much heat will the braided stainless spark plug wires take ? After fooling with the positioning of these wires in and around the cowl, I noticed the neatest routing of the wires would be to slide them between the fins on the head of my DLE 120. Itís a perfect friction fit, but Iím wary that this placement could cause problems down the road . Any thoughts guys?

    Thats just asking for problems

if it really bothers you to have it hanging down then just shorten the cable, you can buy a new cap assembly from T-Bolt

The electrons will get far too hot, and won’t have the energy to jump the plug gap.

Oh. Forgot to mention. The cowl in the picture is my old busted up one left over from the crash in the Fog. Running the wires in this way could make a big difference in the trimming of the new cowl.

Highly disordered superconductors, in the magnetic-field-driven insulating state, can show discontinuous current-voltage characteristics. Electron overheating has been shown to give a consistent description of this behaviour. If the electrons travelling to the spark plug Experience this disorder, due to the excess heat you introduced with your new wire holder, they will become relaxed and “lazy” and will not jump the plug gap.

I was going to say that. Or in other words It should work just fine ... Unless it doesn't ?
