Once again, RCCanucks will be holding a contest for the 2019 Great Canadian Huckfest!
This contest is the "Huck the Hotel" photo contest. Here are the contest details:
The goal of this contest is to submit the best photo (as voted on by the RCCanucks community) from the 2019 Great Canadian Huckfest that contains the following:
1) At least "part" (or pieces) of the Great Canadian Huckfest Hotel
2) At least one aircraft (or parts of an aircraft). The aircraft (or parts of the aircraft) must have been in flight (i.e. in the air).
IMPORTANT - Any material considered obscene will be disqualified and removed from RCCanucks.
This contest is eligible to anyone that attends the 2019 Great Canadian Huckfest and is a member of RCCanucks. The winner(s) of this contest will be as follows:
1) The Photographer (person who takes/submits the picture).
2) The pilot(s) of the aircraft in the picture. It is the responsibility of the Photographer to identify the pilot(s) involved in the photo.
Photographers will post their photos in this thread beginning Monday, August 19, 2019 at 10:00am until Friday, September 6th, 2019 at 11:59pm.
Submissions must include:
Photograher's RCCanucks user name, First name and last initial.
Pilot(s) RCCanucks user name, First name and last initial.
The RCCanucks community will be able to comment on the submissions within this thread. On Monday, September 9, 2019, the top 6 photos will be selected by RCCanucks staff and a voting poll will be set up until September 22, 2019 at 11:00am. The Winner will be announced on Friday September 27, 2019.
Prizes:
The Photographer will receive a Gift Certificate for $200.00 courtesy of Thunderboltrc.com.
The Pilot will receive one FREE Falcon Carbon 2-Blade Propeller (Any Size) supplied by Thunderboltrc.com. In the event that more than one aircraft appears in the winning photo, the pilots of each aircraft will split Thunderboltrc.com gift certificates valued at $150.00
The definition of the best photo is completely up to the individuals on RCCanucks. It could be the photo that displays the most carnage, the closest call, the funniest, etc.
