Bob is a fantastic pilot and always maintains complete control of his aircraft. His maneuvers are always well thought out and executed with surgical type precision. Trevor's building skills are second to none, there is no doubt about that. So how do we explain the tragic incident that caused the damage to Ed's brand new airplane that was equipped with nothing but the best components and technology?

I've collected multiple accounts of the incident that day, put them all together and consulted with experts from NASA*, The Weather Network**, and even asked Siri***. This, without a doubt, is what happened. DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME.

Everyone knows our clocks went ahead last weekend. So what does this have to do with anything? In order for the time to change, the earth must pivot on it's polar axis and temporarily change rotational speed. This happens in small increments over the course of the weekend, interfering with the operation of regular gyros. When these shifts occur, GPS satellites must change position and re-calibrate in order to continue transmitting accurate GPS signals. This would have wreaked havoc on GPS assisted gyros.

The earth's shift in position and inconsistent/inaccurate GPS signal combined to make Bob's final approach impossible. This is the only plausible explanation. (see picture)

    * didn't actually talk to NASA
** used the app, weather seemed good

    Re: Bob schofield!!

That's some funny shit right there boys. I would have to blame it on the chilli and the soup making gas pressure that caused air turbulence as Bob was landing. Or maybe Bob shouldnt be showing off with smooth lands on other peoples new plane and just stick to what he knows. (Waterfall landings) waaaaa

    Thanks

Or perhaps it was the wrong orientation of the Bermuda grass runway, that caused the drift and wheels to catch, ya know... like a Tiger Woods type of issue...

I think it was a glitch in the Space Time Continuum that caused Bob to momentarily move into a parallel universe where the field is shifted 10 degrees and it was sunny and warm which momentarily confused Bob then he shifted back into our universe a microsecond behind Ed's Slick touching down!

I can’t believe, with all this experience here, that no one has talked about the C of G. I thought everyone knew that when your batteries are used, they change the C of G. With the electrons being used, batteries get lighter, hence the landing problems. Shhhesh, I thought it was obvious.

I told him batteries were to far forward. They needed to be taped to the rudder
