    ZN-Line Wizard XXL / Behotec220

I have had this one in storage for a while so time to get at it !!!!

This is for Peter Woo. The video below is the Wizard L. This build is the XXL... absolutely massive jet but really light given it's size!!

Plan is to get it built and flying in stock gelcoat white this fall to make sure all is good. Will then paint it in early spring when the weather warms up and I can get outside and mix paint dust with pollen so the neighbours don't notice on their vehicles

Definitely the biggest jet I've ever had in the shop, LOL. Insane size

A few couple more pictures. Anyone that has seen ZN-Line airframes will know the quality of the glass work and contruction. Everything fits so precise, and the internal construction is crazy. So much CF in this airframe. Light but very rigid.

It looks like it neads a 300N turbine, but JP from ZN-Line assures me that a JB220 is plenty!!!

Comes with a sweet set of Electron electric gear installed. Of course, I will remove, inspect and ensure there are the necessary flatspots on the pins and Loctite on the setscrews.

    Carbon, carbon everywhere!!!

Maiden for Thunderthrust next weekend Trevor??

That sure is a ton of carbon fiber in there! Everything back of the nose section. Gotta see this one in person!

It looks like they have the thick trailing edge on the rudder like an Avanti too.

Do you have a paint scheme in mind? Are you Peter's painter now? LOL!!

Now I see why Peter gave me all the pointers and tips on painting! LOL

I will post a picture of the scheme he wants soon!!

Ya.. the rudder TE is really thick which supposedly helps with tracking. Really thick wing and stab TE's also! I imagine this will feel like a big pattern plane.

LOL. Especially when trying to figure out the logistics of painting a beast like this!

A unique aileron servo mount to the cover... a wooden frame that locks the servo tabs and then a pair of through-bolts that clamps the servo.

Lots of space in the big wheel well to get at the flap servo install.

Ball links used on both ends for a slop-free setup.

No instruction on linkage lengths or servo arm lengths so took lots of trial and error to get a 100% servo travel for recommended throws
