First install anti-rotation pin near front of wing. Take your time with this..it needs to be perfect with a snug fit. Then tape the wing to the fuse.
Next mark a spot about 2" in front of former #2 and 2"rear of former #4. Then drill 1/16 hole threw fuse into wing.
Remove the wing and drill for EZ LOK 25/64 bit. Insert EZ LOK...the insertion tool makes this very easy!
Enlarge holes in fuse to 5/8. Reattach wing and insert wing bolts.
I got the EZ LOK kit from Amazon for about $15 Worth every penny!

Dill a 1/8 hole 7cm from front of vert stab.
Drill a hole for the Rudder servo lead at rear of plane
Measure equal distance from wing tip to top of rudder. Insure it is straight and true.. then tighten Tube clamp (note allen key in photo #3) Now take the 1/8 bit (or small pencil) and mark the bottom of vertical stab. Remove tail assembly and install EZ Lok same as done with wings. Insert the wing bolt and tighten down.
Install anti rotation pin close to front. This time the hole will need to be oval shaped to allow the tail to slide forward and into position, but tight from side to side.
Insert CF plate and tape to fuse. Mark bolt locations on either side. Remove the tail assembly and drill for SMALL ez locks( in this case Du BRO)
Insert the bolt into ez lok. half way in.. put a dab of slow CA on the lok and screw all the way in. Make sure the bolt is well oiled so CA does not lock it in. Remove bolts and attach CF plate with bolts.
Sand down the area where the tail touches the plate and apply Hysol. Re install the tail and let glue cure.
Tip... Place packing tape on fuse before attaching CF Plate to prevent the Hysol from gluing the plate or tail to the fuse.

Pictures speak a thousand words.
The AUW is.....12.5 lbs. With batteries and motor etc... About 17-18lbs take off weight. LIGHT!
Future renditions will have a shorter horizontal stab..cut to the right of the ruler

Forgot to mention that all future kits will be white, as I will be painting epoxy white primer in the molds.

Today I got the CG set..(im not working outside in -35 windchill thanks) Not surprising that I had to add about 2lbs to the nose. Total takeoff weight with the electric version is 22.5lbs Pretty much the exact same as a Sprint jet however the Wetjet has a MUCH larger wing area and will carry twice that much weight if need be. lol
Keep in mind that the next one out of the mold will be even lighter as I have redesigned the wing attachment method and that the Horizontal stabs will be much smaller. I do realize how huge they arelol Seemed like a good idea at the time
