Thanks buddy.
Got the hard part over. ..pushing the stab tube threw. Now the next hard part.. lining up the stabs while the epoxy cures, but that comes later. Making tube receivers now and root caps. I only have one wing stab made up and since there asymmetrical.. Im hoping I can get away with just one plug solong as both sides match up to the engine pod, or else it's even more worky

What do you guys think of an all flying tail?
Doing this will allow the servos to be mounted much further ahead reducing the weight in the tail.
Thoughts?

Managed to get to some work done this week. Off till the new year, so lets get to it!
Managed to get the horizontal stabs done. One mold box made up. Ready for mold making today. Perhaps the other tomorrow and that just leaves the rudder/engine pod... though she's going to be a challenge.

Well...I'm gambling again. Trying something new. I'm using free form sculpting (epoxy)dough. This will eliminate multiple layers of 10oz cloth that is very expensive and time and resin consuming. First tooling coat and then 2 layers of 6oz cloth, then 4mm of dough followed by 1 layer of 6oz cloth. It's a bit tricky cause it's very sticky but a drop of water on the finger works best.
The dough...
Two parts measured equally by volume. you just squish them together and your good to go! Says 20min working time.. but I found it has much longer working time. Hardens in 1 hour...fully cured overnight.
It cost $60 CAN to the door, shipped from Toronto. I used about 1/3 of the container
