Having a hard time getting through to Thunderbolt, been using the contact portal on the website. It's definitely not like Jeff as he always responds promptly. Anyone else having this issue? I've sent 2 emails over the last 10 days or so with no response...

I'm not having the same problem, but in my experience Jeff is extremely good at answering his phone...maybe give that a shot.
