As I'm going to be running more and more gas this motors with different silencer combinations to suit the needs of the plane, Ive already found some of the data bases useful... Thank you for the time and effort put into accumulating the info...

Well Dave.. The first ones posted above where easy. But boy-oh-boy is our data ever scattered around. Spent some time consolidating last night and hope to have more posted early next week.

Thanks for putting all this in one spot Trevor!
These header lengths, do they include the 1/4" gap between header and pipe?

Yes Jacques! Those lengths are using a string from the face of the exhaust port, down the centerline of the header to the face of the pipe inlet. So if we got a header length of 13" (example), then you could cut the header to 12.75" with a 0.25" Teflon gap.
I like to go with a slightly longer coupler and leave a 1/2" gap so I can adjust about +/- 1/2" for fine tuning once it is on the plane. We've found that the header can usually be a bit shorter in the plane than on the stand because the second the plane has forward speed it is unloading more (less load) vs the test stand.

Thank you for the info Trevor.
