They are very rare.... We had the only one around that I know of.... Was up in the attic at the farm house for years till mom did a total clean out and all our planes and the skidoo went out with the trash.... Never thought much of it at the time but sure wish I still had them now.
Yeah we were lucky and spoiled, my dad was the best...

When I was a kid, I had the entire Cox line up, saves up my pennies from delivering newspapers to buy the Cox Dragster, the Cox Dunebuggy, Cox Cessna 210 Centurion, and Cox PT19.
Loads and loads of fun. The dragsters were super fast, you ran a long dacron string as far as you wanted, with a knot tied about 10 - 20 feet before the end of the line, the thing went about 50 mph, and when it hit the knot in the string, it would twist a collar on the exhaust port to kill the .049. Great fun.

It all started over 8 years ago for me with a TREX450 heli.. but I quickly learned that planes were so much more fun. First plane? Hanger9 PTS Mustang. Had a blast for 3 years till it met a tree lol

The PTS Mustang Yellow Tail Version was my second plane.....no matter what anyone says about it, it is a great trainer plane even with the flaps up and the speed brakes off. Still have mine but with a 4 stroke in it and functional flaps. Flew it a fair bit last fall for a couple days just for old times sake. I have another PTS airframe in the works that I am putting retracts in and going to cover in the German P51 theme.

Eagle 2, flew away on a battery failure. Built the replacement in a week (before ARF's), the other was found and returned to the flying field by a good semaritan, everything still there. Retired the battery but used all the other gear.
