Sounds like a good candidate for a yak or decathlon. What was your total cost to your door?

I will let you know when I get all the billing, thinking $750-800 ish Canadian would be a good price. cheers Roger.

Re: Torque Pro TP 70 4 cycle

update on the tp 70, still running strong ,50 or so flights . did find the best prop for this engine is the falcon carbon 25x8 (big prop for a 50cc plane). was running the mez 24x10 . night and day difference . this is also the first time I had touched the carb settings (still running factory settings), just turned in the high speed 1 blade thickness and the motor cleaned right up. so far very pleased , very powerful engine and it feels much more lineal with the 25x8.

Re: Torque Pro TP 70 4 cycle

    Hey Roger,

Thinking of this motor for a Hangar 9 60cc P-51. Not really keen to put a 2 stroke in it but want something that will perform as well as an EME60 or GP61.

Looking to swing a smaller prop with more pitch - ie 22/14 or whatever I can find.

Comments? Still happy with the engine.

Re: Torque Pro TP 70 4 cycle

I am turning a 25x8 in the 6,300 rpm range , yeah still happy .. they run much different then 2 cycle's . Sounds like they are doing nothing but pull like a tractor .. you need tons of expo to have good throttle control.. and make sure you secure the exhaust flex pipe or it will break off ..
